“We’re trying to make it a more equitable and a more fair process,” Nagra said. “It’s a way of actually giving more applicants an opportunity to score evenly across the board.”

Unless they changed their program I would think that if you haven’t heard back from the last 4 times and it never said screening in progress, It may mean this time is different – fingers crossed.. please update us when you find out.
