The changes this year include a resume review and multiple mini-interviews earlier in the process where applicants are evaluated using a point-based system before successful candidates are invited to sit for a pass-fail final interview, EFRS outreach and recruitment liaison Manjinder Nagra said.
“We’re trying to make it a more equitable and a more fair process,” Nagra said. “It’s a way of actually giving more applicants an opportunity to score evenly across the board.”
