Any word on any contact happening for Brampton yet?

They just finished screening yesterday probably will start hearing back within the next week if its like last years process.

Does anyone know if Brampton is doing 2nd interviews?

But I’m sure it is all subject to change.
Did you do the first interview? Have you heard back yet?

That’s what I figured, she told me to leave the 24th and 25th free and from talking with some friends we believe it’s possible they’ll do them if they don’t narrow it down from the first interviews. I haven’t heard anything back yet but I’m assuming within the next week would be when i would!

Also, out of curiosity, do you know how many they are hiring? How many did they interview?
I heard hiring minimum 24. I only saw 20 interview time slots..

I got a call last week asking about documents and she told me she’d call back this week!

There was two weeks worth of interviews I thought? There must have been more than what we saw when we booked based on when you got your invitation. I’m pretty sure I heard they approved 24 firefighters!

I had my interview and I haven’t heard anything since. They did mention may 24 and 25th as being dates that things may happen.

Negative. I don’t really know anyone else in the process.
Are rejection offers common? I thought you just never hear back.

On the Brampton site it said unsuccessful candidates will be notified via email and they suggest successful ones will get a call.

Still haven’t heard anything.
I’ve heard of someone getting a rejection email, but I haven’t even gotten that. In limbo. But I’m sure they have contacted everyone whom have been picked.

Brampton captain told me that he thinks he heard of someone getting an offer.
Plus, according to the timeline, docs/references/offers should have already taken place.
But, I’ve been wrong once before lol

Hey gang, count me in as another interviewee who also hasn’t heard back.
Like many of you, I’ve heard from a guy who knows someone that knows someone else who might have been given an offer…but nothing definitive. The suspense is too much! Though that last comment about the CJO’s is hopeful.
