I have been working as a career firefighter for approximately 27 years and a part time firefighter for 4 years.
I have been teaching since 2003 in the pre-service firefighter program in all areas of firefighting including firefighter graduate development which focuses on firefighter career preparation.
I also own www.firefighterinterviews.com and have been conducting interview coaching for 20 years.
I have kept current on recruitment trends over the last 20 plus years by attending and working with fire chiefs in the Firefighter Career Expos – Mock Interview Sessions. I have also co-authored the Study Guide For the Firefighter Interview.
