βœ… Minimum Qualifications (Required)

βœ” Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
βœ” NFPA 1001 Firefighter I & II
βœ” NFPA 1072 or 472 HazMat Operations
βœ” Valid Ontario Class DZ driver’s licence
βœ” Current First Responder & BLS certification
βœ” Meet NFPA hearing and vision standards
βœ” CPAT completed (within 12 months or required during process)
βœ” Legally entitled to work in Canada
βœ” Clean CPIC & Vulnerable Sector Check
βœ” Reside (or agree to reside) within 15 km of Pembroke Fire Station
