✅ Minimum Qualifications (Required)
✔ Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
✔ NFPA 1001 Firefighter I & II
✔ NFPA 1072 or 472 HazMat Operations
✔ Valid Ontario Class DZ driver’s licence
✔ Current First Responder & BLS certification
✔ Meet NFPA hearing and vision standards
✔ CPAT completed (within 12 months or required during process)
✔ Legally entitled to work in Canada
✔ Clean CPIC & Vulnerable Sector Check
✔ Reside (or agree to reside) within 15 km of Pembroke Fire Station

✔ NFPA 1002 Pump Operator

🧪 CPAT Overview
Candidates must successfully complete the CPAT (Candidate Physical Ability Test) within 10 minutes and 20 seconds. Events include:
