✔️ Required & Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• NFPA 1001 Firefighter Level I & II (or ability to obtain)

• Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) certification

• BC Class 3 & 4 Driver’s Licence with Air Brake Endorsement

• Ability to obtain:

  • Police Information Check

  • Vulnerable Sector Check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in firefighting and/or pre-hospital emergency care

• Post-secondary education

• IV endorsement

• Additional emergency services training
